Sometimes looking through websites, ideas for the family and ideas to help our young children understand the change in the church year can be a bit overwhelming as we work at living out the Liturgical year.
Just like Advent, we want to make Lent simple and meaningful. Doing these three things during lent will help you grow in holiness and be prepared for the joyful season of Easter! So 40 days to prepare (Lent) and 50 days to celebrate (Easter)!
- Attend the Stations of the Cross on Fridays at 7:00 pm
- Receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation
- Observe the fast on Fridays
